Dimitar Savov Executive Director, BLD

Dimitar Savov joined the team of Christo Iliev in 2000. With persistence and dedication he climbed the hierarchy from member of the finance team of Address real estate to the position of Non-Executive Member of the Board of Directors of AG Capital. 

Mr. Savov held various executive positions over the last 15 years in AG Capital, among which Financial and Controlling Manager of Address Real Estate, Chairman of Board of Directors of Address Invest and CEO of Bulgarian Land Development. He has extensive managerial, financial and real estate development experience.

Currently, Mr. Savov is CEO of BLD Homes, the residential development company of AG Capital. His primary role is to build the leading residential development brand in Bulgaria. 

Dimitar Savov holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Banking and Master’s Degree in Finance from University of Economics, Varna.
